L'Aventure - Reservar una mesa

This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review in trip advisor.I came here last week with my girlfriend.We order a plate of tuna (overprice but ok, not complains) and a huge seafood platter. We started eating and found the food ok until my girlfriend took a bite out of the crab. After her first bite she immediately felt it was in a really BAD CONDITION. Inspite of been rude she swallow the crab. I told her she shouldn't. 10 minutes later she started to feel bad so I told her to go to the bathroom to get it out of her system.When the waiter Arribe I kindly told him that the food was ok beside the seafood plate. He later went to the chef and got it confirmed that the crab was in a really bad condition.After that we order dessert to leave a good taste in our mouth.WHEN THE CHECK ARRIVE WE WERE EXPECTING SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION. BUT NOTHING, THE CHARGE US THE FULL PRICE OF THE SEAFOOD PLATE AND THEY EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO GIVE US THE DESSERT ON THE HOUSE.The host, waitress and chef all new about the situation.Thank god my girlfriend didn't get sick as she manage to get it out of her system before leaving the restaurant.

Last week, after 4 perfect days in excellent restaurants in Courchevel we decide to spend our last evening in l'aventure restaurant. The place looks very nice with nice atmosphere. We are really not the kind of people that complains about everything, and this is the first time ever we write a bad review. But the restaurant manager needs to know that his waitress from Guadalupe is the most rudest waitress we have ever seen. Zero sensitivity, zero manners. The only thing she cares is that you will choose expensive food and wine, even if it is not your preferred choices and make you feel uncomfortable if not. She even making faces. We were shocked. With her pressure we order what she recommended and it was most mediocre. However, the review is because of her and not because of the food. At the end she reminded us that tip is not included and ask if we prefer to leave her with credit or cash. She stood next to us and looked into our wallet. For not embarrassing her we left her a tip. We just wanted to pay and go. It was very unpleasant and a really disappointing finish for our amazing vacation.

Bel acceuil, un service rapide et correct que ce soit pour le prix que ce que vous avez dans l'assiette ! Deco sympa avec la signature Tournier évidemment !

Sehr gutes Essen und freundlicher Service. Nach dem 2. Service wird die Musik lauter ( mit DJ) und es kann lange und ausgiebig gefeiert werden.

If you are interested in meat, this is your place. The quality of the food is excellent. The staff is very helpful. Nice vibe.
