I regularly buy their large Chicken Shawarma Wrap in person, and it’s always delicious and generously sized. However, today I had to order through DoorDash because my preschooler is sick and home from daycare, so I couldn’t get my usual. I’m really disappointed with my order! The Chicken Shawarma Wrap had no mild spice at all, and I didn’t receive the tahini or garlic sauce that I selected. On top of that, the wrap was significantly smaller than the large one I typically get in-store! It feels like a total ripoff. Not only is the portion size underwhelming, but the price is $3 higher, along with the usual delivery and service fees! This experience was just terrible!
Service was very bad. Today was $5 deal day, I went to Oakville from Milton to get shawarma for my family but when I reach there ,the person said I can get only one shawarma for $5 deal. I was very disappointed. He said if want to get shawarma for family of 6 person then all 6 person should be there so he can give me 6 shawarma. Otherwise I need to buy on regular price, i didn't understand that what's the point to celebrate $5 deal shawarma day. Very disappointed with the behaviour of the cashier. And when I reach home and check there was no sauce in this bag.
Pretty sure I got mild food poisoning from this place. First off the mild spice level would be considered hot anywhere else, almost made my wrap inedible. Got nausea and stomach issues immediately after eating the chicken shawarma wrap and had it for an entire day, to the point where I didn’t eat anything after it for more than 24 hours. I think Lazeez is generally poor quality but because this one made me ill I won’t be back to this restaurant or any other Lazeez restaurants.
I ordered two Shawarma wraps for delivery. One of them was fine, but the other had no chicken at all—just an excess of lettuce and garlic sauce. It was completely inedible. I tried calling three times at 8 PM, but no one answered, even though they are supposed to be open until 10 PM. Lately they mess up all the orders. Shawarama has no sause at times or hardly any chicken. Today i ordered chicken shawarma n got falafel wrap instead. Ruined all the mood dinner for us. They need to pull up their game. Last time too i had to go 2times back to just get sause in shawarma. I mean who makes a shawarma without a sause ???
