Lazia - Reserva de mesa

If I could give zero stars for service, I would. We waited over 15 minutes without drinks. Eventually, another waiter noticed us and took our drink order. The food arrived in a bizarre sequence, with entrées being served before appetizers, and my husband receiving his meal 10 minutes ahead of mine. Our assigned waiter never checked on us or asked how the food was. As we were leaving, the same waiter who took our drink order apologized for the poor service. Spending over $250 for dinner is unacceptable without any service. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning.

Great food, amazing staff! But what is with all the rules! This place treats you like you are lucky to be there not they are lucky to have you… second time coming here and it happened again. Went there for my sister birthday. So many rules, our entire table has to get the order in all at once. Nothing special for a birthday. Menu is very confusing and very extra. Don’t ask for butter noodles or you’ll just get laughed at. Also bring the pizza back to the restaurant. It’s clear all they care about is making money but it’s so odd!

My husband and I took a total gamble on Lazia on the Tuesday evening before attending the Zach Bryan concert. We have a few Kansas City favorites, but knew nothing about Lazia. The table-made mozzarella experience was highly recommended by hotel staff, so we did that with bread and drinks and also ordered a lobster dish to share. We were BLOWN AWAY by Madam Mozzarella. We both felt like we could’ve had just had the mozzarella, pesto, and tomatoes with bread and wine and been totally satisfied. 10/10. We will come again!!

This was my second visit to Lazia this year, and I absolutely love this restaurant! It’s a charming hidden gem in Kansas City. The service is outstanding, and there are plenty of food options to choose from. The ambiance has a lovely mood, and the service has been excellent on every occasion. As a music enthusiast, I appreciate how well Lazia understands music and curates the perfect playlist. I really adore this place! Reserva una mesa ahora

Amazing!! A little pricey but amazing and worth it. Great service especially for a Sunday night. Came for my husband’s birthday and the staff made it special. 10/10 would recommend.

I did not expect that loud rap music in an Italian restaurant. also, the server did not know how to serve wein. good grieving.
