Le 41 Pasteur - Reserva de mesa

Mauvaise expérience ce jour à déjeuner.Service exécrable: un gentil garçon (qui était là me semble-t-il avec le précédent propriétaire) à son affaire, mais une directrice de salle (la patronne?) qui a dû apprendre à servir dans une cantine. Aucune attention au client de sa part. Pour servir (table ronde de 3 personnes), elle se plante et, sans bouger, dépose les assiettes, prend les couvert, dépose le pain etc.. en passant allègrement devant tout le monde, frôlant les visages en regardant ailleurs.Cuisine très inégale: crème de fenouil au haddock et crevettes, lourdingue, beaucoup trop de crème, servie dans un verre à cognac (!!) pas du tout pratique. Rognon de veau bien cuit rosé mais légèr...

the facade does not really attract the eye and the interior may seem cold (flavour question), but all this is clean. the proposed kitchen is traditional with a touch of modernity. well prepared with reasonable rations for a price that it is also.Beautiful map of red and white wines, but a lack of low-cost wine (possibility to be served in the glass.) on the other hand, a single rosé, good to stay. The service, though efficient, would deserve to be a little warmer.

I felt that more premises were eating than tourists. the chief here also worked in the turn of money and also worked with guy martin. food was delicious and the details were not cut, and white asparagus and other dishes had a delicious taste that is not found in other restaurants. The atmosphere is also a restaurant to be recommended because we feel that we came to betting. Moreover, the price is not so high and you can enjoy a delicious and high quality cuisine.

the restaurant does not pay a mine from the outside, quite narrow and with a rather classical decoration. but in the plate, everything is fresh, bet to fly and cheer the palace. the bed of beans under the cod is of rare softness, the almost confit apricots accompanying the pork make their sugar smearless. small selection of wines with glass and nice terrace in summer. a pleasant setting, kitchen that wants to be bistro but disappointing. the foie gras served too cold and not denerved.(with supplement ). the rumsteck with wine sauce was tasteful, too saignant for a guest, the quality fish.Good wine from Touraine. The medium desserts are too dry.The unprofessional service, we are asked to pass the dishes! high note , 273 euros for 4 with aperitif and wine

always as good and cordial (this is the 3rd time and I have never been disappointed) : gouleyant wines, dishes (asparagus, peas, ...) of season perfectly accompanied and also traditional dishes (pinks) revisited perfectly prepared. A real treat and a good time. We're not mistaken when we go to 41 pastor!

If you like neighborhood bistros, run without hesitation! the products are top, the chef loves his job and welcomes you as friends. There are little imperfections of this or there, but good, a good evening anyway.

refined but simple original cuisine. Spacious cosi frame and room. discrete and efficient service. A very good time with family.
