We took a chance whilst on an over night stop over in Saran to pop our heads into Le 443 Restaurant and ask if we were able to bring our small dog in as didnt want to leave him in the hotel and with a big smile from the host we were beckoned in and a fresh bowl of water provided for our dog.The food was outstanding i ordered the grand beef steak with all the trimmings and my wife a salad which turned out to be complex and extraordinary.The house red wine was a better tipple than most restaurants offer as a top of the menu choice.all washed down with a delicious cognac.10/10Thank you Le 443
pleasant setting, very well located large parking. dynamic service, smiling of very good advice for the choice of dishes, suggestions of the important day, very nice presentation of plates, and at ideal temperature. a adviser paved with birch, pint with its accompaniment as well as nut of saint jacques excellent, for dessert strawberries are divine, pleasantly sweet naturally, we appreciate a local cuisine, the price remains reasonable to discover without hesitation you will not be disappointed in this place.
We ate well, but the meal was way too expensive for a noon a week. desserts are at 11 euros. Even the desserts of the day, that day of the strawberries nature, sugar, coulis, and whipped cream except (which did not look like a house whipped) nothing very sophisticated! the terrace is pleasant, but we were placed at a table with views of the garage while other much more friendly tables remained free. We were not very excited about this establishment.
returning from the south of France, we were at dinner at 443. We were welcomed in a very pleasant way by two staff members. Installed at our table, in a modern but warm setting, we were well advised about the choice of dishes and drinks. The assortment of 3 fatty livers. We then chose a sole meunière:Perfectly cooked without excess butter as it happens very often. An excellent quincy accompanied this great meal.We will return.
