A place so discreet that one can pass by taking it as for a simple bistro like many others, great mistake, I stopped there one day at the end of the afternoon to drink a beer, the extremely friendly boss serves me beer accompanied by sausage with garlic and horse, then a small plate of fries, but what fries! A true wonder, the fries as there is almost no more anywhere, of the potato Bintje peeled and cut by hand and a cooking with beef fat, to fall on the ground, it is quite simple to know-how must be preserved as a regional cultural heritage, the only fault is that after you find the vast majority of other tasted fries.
