Santa's house is nice (4 stars), but the restaurant service was bad (1 star). We waited 30mn at our table without being served, with the used plates of the previous customers still there. We left after 30mn to take the train down...

People said lot about the bad service and over priced but I had a good experience and for about the price, what would you expect at the top of the mountain ? It's all fair.

Die Leute sind nett, aber leider völlig überfordert. Das Fleisch in meinem Hamburger war roh. Den zweiten Stern gibt es für das Bier. Es war wenigstens kalt und gut.
