I do not recommend this hotel because for a small town the price is exorbitant. The doors of the sanitary were not closed and the SDB was complex of use (in order not to have water flowing from the ceiling, one must keep a button pressed at the same time as a shower... very convenient! . In addition, the tourist tax is very high, something we have not been informed in advance, or during the reception we did not have! We paid less for the same service (between downtown Lyon the next night!
Very disappointed! No welcome from the guests, the toilet door was broken (for a room of 4 people... , from the yard scotch was still present at the ceiling of the room as well as the measures made by the craftsmen.. It was necessary to drain the water from the shower at least 10 minutes before it was “hot” ... I organized my birthday last Saturday at B COMPLEXE Restaurant and the evening was just great. The menu was delicious at a very suitable price. The service was top, great atmosphere with a dj. Coming in a professional setting, I found the concept of a beautiful hotel with a spacious room in a very modern style. The concern is that the rooms are not at all soundproofed, we hear everything happening in the hallway early in the morning is really embarrassing.
