We came to two dinners in the week of August 15 at the Bac in Traille as part of the Hugo Riboulet residence event winner of Top Chef 2023. We booked as part of the residence of the top chef winner for a week at the bottom of traille Price exorbitant Few things in the plate and it’s to share!!! Excellent family discovery address to celebrate birthdays on a Saturday night. Everyone found his happiness in the 3 choices of menu and entry to dessert everything was perfect. From the vegetable entrance or pignails to the dessert of pineapples or strawberry pie revisited no false notes. The must was the sublime chocolate cake ordered more in advance! And what to say of attentive, helpful staff, brief on the care... not simple for them to manage a hungry guest so impatient and a late party object. Simplenyet refined dinner with perfect execution. Very tasty from starter to dessert. A good wine selection. The terrace is very pleasant in the summer, although a bit packed.
