We’ve been eating here for years in ski season and were interested to see how things would change under new direction. What can I say... it’s just terrible. The whole thing has gone down hill thanks to the terrible rude staff. The place is always packed on a sunny holiday day, and everyone expects to wait for a table at lunch. But this crew running it now are simply taking the money with no attempt at customer service. We have stood in line twice in the last few weeks waiting out turn for a table. Once we were directed to a table by one member of staff, to be shouted at by another and told to leave as others needed it first , then to be told sorry you can have it. We've been used to this for a few years, but this year, the big problem comes from servers that are never there when you need it! at least 30 minutes for dishes 20 minutes for dessert and the same thing for coffees that we refused (cold) servers are rigolos that are not the one to work but to make esbroufa! the dishes are correct and of quality (farm reblochon) in salads that is not the case in the heart of gold (fruit)The desserts are correct! Great location!
Stopped here for lunch on a really beautiful day. It was difficult getting a table on the terrace but we managed to fit 5 of us in perfectly well. The service was incredibly friendly and the food was excellent. The cost of the food was much lower than we were expecting. We were very happy about this as many restaurants in the area are very expensive.
