Silly me for assuming this was a French bakery! The extremely annoying service that greets you with "can I help you" before you've even approached and had a look at anything. She then proceeded to follow me from display cabinet to display cabinet. Ugh. Everything looked the furthest from French patisseries as you can imagine and more like mass produced stuff from supermarkets chains. If you like that sort of thing then there is a lot of it to choose from.

I'll start with my one complaint; the cranberry in the turkey and brie parisienne was separated by a layer of rocket so wasn't touching the turkey or brie. There is a great range of sweet and savoury options for decent prices, especially if you stop by close to closing time. Bought a fruit flan/tart from here and it was a hit with the people. Lovely pastry, fresh and of good quality. Very nice. Classier than a Lawley's.
