An exceptional setting, well-kept kitchen but no research. I ate a good rossini net but for 36€ I stopped there. Not at the level of his claims. We pay for the place, for a MOF it is (very) disappointing. I hope the leader will raise the level in a near future, there is certainly potential. Gastronomes, you're heading to the inn of the brie in the meantime...
Superb restaurant and excellent meal. Very good discreet and friendly service. Gastronomy as there are few in the corner, and even dessert is succulent what becomes increasingly rare. I recommend for a special occasion because it requires a certain budget but which is related to the quality of the restaurant.
Beautiful castle, beautiful setting especially with Christmas decorations. Tasteful dishes, good wines, the lunch menu is more than correct. The staff is in small care. Ask the table just in front of the window to have a beautiful view of the garden. A very pleasant time spent in Ferrieres.
