This is the perfect place for a splendid lazy lunch on a hot summer’s day. We sat on the sheltered terrace (covered with foliage) overlooking the square and enjoyed the most delicious lunch; traditional French food cooked beautifully and with charming service. Many local specialities. The interior of the restaurant is very pretty and there are splendid views over the valley. I’d definitely wish to try an evening meal here. The village itself is well worth a visit, a beautiful old village set in the mountains. Would highly recommend a memorable experience with a fabulous meal.

We visited this restaurant following a quick internet search which said the decor alone was worth the visit, it certainly was. The food also lived up to it's surroundings too, beautifully presented and a starter that included a little bit of everything. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the restaurant did not accept card payment so were unable to explore the menu further which was a real shame. If you are planning on visiting take cash!!

I called to ask for a menu or the carte and was told that I can't find it on line! and nothing else! so how do you know if you will be happy to eat there! and know about the prices, and whether they have vegetarian options ??? you have at least to tell people who call you what you are offering !

Gorbio is more than worth a visit and dining at Beausejour was our highlight. Outstanding bass, limoncello sorbet and our host treated us to playing wonderful piano music.

It s beautiful, fresh, sympathetic, good, local in a so wonderful village. It s to be done, both for the dinner and the village itself
