I found myself in this hotel by chance because our train to Paris was canceled at the last minute. The reservation was made 15 minutes before our arrival by Ekatarina. A wonderful welcome from him. Nothing to say. She was very kind when I was completely helpless, alone with 3 children. Thank you for his professionalism and humanity! She clearly made our wait the next day easier because our train wasn't until 5 p.m. Regarding the hotel itself, we had a room for 4 people under the slopes on the 4th floor :D, I found the bathroom a little dated but clean! Very pleasant bedding. Very strategic location, facing the sea, close to all shops.
Nothing to complain about, the service was perfect. A big thank you to Marina who was very smiling and adorable with my friends and me. The room manager manages his team very well, they are all very friendly, smiling and helpful. Congratulations to the whole team and the director for this beautiful establishment
