Here, no fuss or fuss on the plate, or rather on the board if you let yourself be seduced by the Ardèche board, judge for yourself: hot abomasum, homemade terrine, jesus, white ham, raw ham, breast and dried filet mignon, pesto toast with bear's wing, green salad, pelissonne and goat's cheese blue cheese, sorry. And the bistro's plate, oh bonnemère, it's delicious and hearty at the same time. As for gourmet coffee, I guarantee that it is more than gourmet...
We already knew and this time we enjoyed one evening, a noon and for a little four hour of quality boards, dishes of the day that change every day, good products, local or close, a simple card but it is rather good sign! both quality and taste, good advice for local wines, and desserts! The chestnut marrow is to fall!! inside or on the terrace is a charming place, and especially I keep the best for the end......the availability and kindness of the staff! Très belle découverte un accueil chaleureux et souriant. Personnel aux petits soins. Des plats raffinés et très bien cuisinés. Un délicieux moelleux à l’orange confectionné avec amour par la mamie. Nous avons passé un bon moment à échanger avec le patron et sa compagne.
