This restaurant is actually called "La Table de Mina" and is located inside the Bergeries de Palombaggia resort. We tried this restaurant as we were staying in thehotel during our honeymoon - we ended up dining there 3 nights in a row. The food is absolutely amazing - combining very high quality Corsican meats and produce with haute cuisine invention, like mixing tartare Corsican veal and oysters - surprising as it sounds the result was delicious. The service is pretty good to excellent, with a good knowledge of the restaurant wine list, and the overall experience is close to a Michelin-started restaurant, with a sea view.

this restaurant is quite expensive but it is also worth its money. the appetizers 30.-, main bites from 30.- but we have eaten twice excellent here. kalbstartar with oyster sauce, lambskin, profiteroles to name only one part. the day menu was much too much for us, so that we ordered only one main course at the second time to be able to eat another dessert.
the only place you will finally feel alone in the world in high season! place unknown and yet that deserves to be known. everything is excellent from entry to dessert, prices are affordable for a gourmet and the view is breathtaking. The service is up to it.
For a relay and castle we found the dinner rather average.So yes well on the dishes remain refined and well presented but at the level of taste, nothing exceptional.
the chef and his team have enjoyed us for 3 days with their imaginative gourmet cuisine and full of flavours.
