We went to this bistro without actually knowing the map or the corner. We were very well received even if the service was long, the server was correct and cordial. For my part, I took a Flemish carbonnade with an excellent beer sauce. my companion took a hearty house welsh and especially perfectly realized. For dessert, I took a shot at speculoos. and dessert simply won the bet to 100.% you pay the price but the quality of this dish was simply excellent. Generally speaking, you will not be disappointed and you can go with your eyes closed.
I have eaten several times over 11 years in the bistro, but the feeling that it is now normal and not inviting. on a Friday night there were only two other couples, so it felt pretty uncomfortable. the meals are reasonable, but quite simple and. the service was bad. there is a good two-sided weinlist with the menu, chalkboards of weeping through the glass and a thick book of special wines, which would be most suitable for meals in the main restaurant of the hotel.
