Came 3 months ago....good impression. Today a very good piece of meat but lost on an empty plate with a basket of fries, 2 of which were burnt. Non-existent seasoning. I was told 250g...I don't think they were there because I left hungry...and yet I'm not a big eater. When serving Aubrac, certain small details are essential, a good seasoning or a good mustard or a good pepper....instead a basic mustard and a gray pepper ditto. Really disappointed.
