Zero pointed, I went this noon for a small coffee... the welcome was cordial and friendly but after 25 minutes... still no coffee while guests next to me were served several times! The servers went next to me pretending to ignore me, as if I were transparent while the table was in the middle of their way! In short, I hope that it is not because of my too tan colour that I was not served because they are behaviors of another time and absolutely inexcusable. After 30 minutes, I was courteous saying that I was expected and that it was unfortunately too late for coffee... Not even a nice little word, excuse or sorry, sir or good day! Nothing! I felt that I was not welcome... it is a very bad exp...
What a pity that this place left to a completely outdated teenager, the snack placed in the heart of one of the largest pool in the region no longer serves as a hot one of the 13:30 or 13:30 at last depends on you don’t know too much in the middle of a school holiday it’s a joke, fortunately there’s the salad with 2 leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes but fortunately the cardboard box makes a good impression, I don’t know the restaurant. Excellent service. The staff is always very smiling, fast and helpful. Very comfortable atmosphere with two beautiful terraces, open and closed. The dishes are aesthetically well made and the taste and quality are at the height (I attach photos because it is better to see once than hear 100 times). P.S. Watch out with bartender, he has a phenomenal ability to convince to drink a drink.
We regularly lunch at Bistro after swimming, and I must admit that we are delighted with the quality of this restaurant. Caesar salad is simply the best I've ever tasted, and I'm almost an expert!!!! I recommend this establishment, both by the quality of food and for service. Friday! Bruno

A little more expensive than the average has Sophia-Antipolis, but very good. Nice atmosphere with the pool. Very pro service. I went there several times and it was always the same level.
Another nice lunch after a swimming session. Do not hesitate to stop snacking a piece, the dishes are of very good quality and the service in the room always at the top.
Unbelievable location, excellent food, snack staff and simply great, I strongly advise to visit this place, I strongly recommend visits!!!
