Le Bistro Charolais

Quiet, old fashioned Logis de France hotel. Our room was on inside away from street which was appreciable. Warm welcome from owner and staff. En suite bath/shower had plenty of hot water and own heating. Was difficult to avoid wetting bathroom floor though due too small partition glass. Extra blankets available in room. Would have been good to have extra pillows, only had one each. Only one plastic clothes hanger each in wardrobe. Need to be good with stairs as no elevator. Hotel very close and convient to town center. No parking in hotel but plenty in street. Continental breakfast was copious. Ate dinner on two nights, boeuf bourgignon and meats grilled on open wood fire in restaurant were...

After spending the weekend at Bernard Loiseau, we stopped here for lunch before driving home. What a treat. Completely charming dining room, below a small hotel. A large open hearth where the meat is cooked. My wife and I had the mixed grill. Everything was cooked exactly to perfection with nice vegetables on the side. And the meat was very high quality. The owner chef was very nice and shared a few interesting stories about Saulieu. Highly recommended.

Old building with access from the porch to the reception complicated for disabled people. Simple welcome and practical information on nearby access and services. Some decorations and arrangements of the common areas give the history of this address. Room (215) small but functional, with a chalet decoration, storage and not very insulated lets hear the passage in the corridor and noisy with vehicle traffic (unfortunately all night for my stay)

Very correct room with very quiet terrace on the back of the hotel. Rustic decor from the breakfast room it pleases or not (it's not important) Good bed linen Correct prices Very pro Staff Copious breakfast (I don't understand some comments) Apart from the lunch and breakfast, what is proposed for 12 euros is more than correct. Possibility to park the bike in a garage I strongly recommend Reserva una mesa ahora

short card proof that they make them memebon forest leafy with mushrooms, meat cooked with wood fire or burgundian beef has a nice rum to add according to his wishes nothing extraordinary but it is good counting anyone all understood

Hotel in the heart of Saulieu. Room with an overanimated charm, very simple. Large flat hair in the bathtub, stairs to access the hotel and also the rooms.
