Le Bistro de Claude

Le Bistro de Claude was superb and I can't wait to return again soon. We had the 3 course dinner and a stunning bottle of wine from the Loire Valley which was perfectly recommended by the waiter based on our request for a very light, dry wine. The restaurant had a buzzing feeling and the waiters all very chic and helpful. The staff are all professional and they are all passionate about this Cognac institution. Claude himself was there also which was great, and you can just see how much he loves his restaurant and his customers.We had a delicious melon salade, beautiful limousin beef with pasta and I had fromage while my partner had the cafe gourmand. Best restaurant experience of our 10 day trip in France in all aspects. Lively environment with a true bistro feel, delicious food with superb quality at the right price and best of all the staff, they were literally running around to manage the busy dinner hours, however always smiling, keeping track and offering impeccable recommendations and service. Impressive!

much too expensive for quality and quantity. a eviter3 ridiculous small ravioli in the entrances, supposed to be with seafood, without taste. for the dishes a piece of ridiculous, good but ridiculous meat, fortunately the fruit salad was pretty and good. A beer at €5.This makes a meal at €40 is exaggerated.

We took French friends to this restaurant on their recommendation. I thought the food was nice not brilliant and very, very expensive. I've tasted much better for the money. Completely overpriced and does not meet the hype. Reserva una mesa ahora

a very beautiful map with quality products. It is a pity that after 20 hours there is no choice on the map.Break a good meal of more than 3 hours for aperitif and a dish. We need to be able to make a difference

high-end for cognac - everything is delicious, refined.....Map fairly short - so always fresh products. When there's no more, there's no more... which makes you want to come back to taste.
