While passing through Verdun we stopped at the Elo bistro given the fairly positive reviews on the quality of the cuisine. Unfortunately we must have had a bad day and were disappointed after disappointment. Please note that we are a family with 2 children aged 7 and 2. 1- We sat down and after 20 minutes asked if we could order a drink response: yes, I 'll come each in turn! .... it 's starting off rather badly. 2- We ordered and waited about 1 hour to get our dishes my 2 year old daughter fell asleep on the table and therefore didn 't eat anything. 3- We ordered a dish for our 7 year old son (specifying Children 's Menu which we were charged at the à la carte price with the response that:...

As a main course we chose the “Charolais filet filet accompanied by Touquet rats” The low temperature cooking of the meat was good. The meat itself was not up to par...we spent too long periods of chewing. The cooking of the Touquet rats was poor, it is a magnificent product which demands respect, unfortunately it was served to us reheated, it was unpleasant in the mouth (dry and floury). This dish is 28€ and is not worth it. Be careful when we come to you it is for the know-how in showcasing the products. This dish is a failure in our opinion.
