Unmissable address in Beaune. Get your eyes closed. Service irreproachable and attentive. In the plates nothing to say anything is fine and succulent without having to empty its coin holder. Anyway, one without a mistake.

There was an open restaurant after 14:00 and we arrived here and it was INCROYABLE. The best andouillette I have ever tasted, accompanied with a spectacular purée!! Very recommended!
