We don't expect a place so friendly at the bottom of the village of Cers. the chef chef chef is in small care for his guests and pets on his feet. The fresh water for the dog is brought immediately..the smile to the lips the boss explains his dishes and their origin, astonishing and succulent assembly, like the espelette ice on a tomato salad, beef heart, beet and green salad. Chicken white coated with a sesame crust with sour-soft sauce, the red tuna snaked with coriander sauce with its saffron pasta... this delight! and dessert also at the level, shotamisu with caramelized apples, really succulent! the service is insured with charm by the chief's wife who also controls the mandatory sanita...
super restaurant, without pretention, with lots of charm in the heart of the village of cers. cooking made home, season, local. very nice staff. Cheap prices at all compared to other restaurants (I live in ridges, I regularly test the restaurants of the biterrois.) I recommend
