Le Bistrot de Guillaume

we went to a firm, the waiting staff gave a very warm welcome. it is not a cheap menu so we expect a very high standard. we often eat in moulins and have our favorite restaurants there, so we hoped to add them to the list of those we regularly visit. Unfortunately, we didn't disturb each other. the fois gras part was a very small piece, it came with comminuted beetroot, although the menu had said it would have roasted cowards that I would have preferred (it costed 18 euro.) no toast was brought so that we asked the waiter, we had to wait old to arrive. we also had to ask for water, this is very unusual in a French restaurant, usually it is one of the first things they bring with the brot. we visited this restaurant after we saw it on this site. we were a little comprehensible, as the youngest review, we saw was 10 months earlier. the service and eating were excellent. we haven't booked, but I guess it's smart, at most of the places. do not let themselves be occupied by the location or the strange looking arrangement of the buildings that the restaurant. if they are looking for an excellent meal, they will not be disappointed. it is not the cheapest place to eat in moulins, but they get what they pay! we will definitely go back.

We had a lovely lunch time in the delightful Le bistrot de guillaume in Moulins. The food was superbly cooked, and presented beautifully. The front of house team are very attentive, and made our visit there all the better. Highly recommended!

it was a beautiful meal on pflastertic. all employees were very attentive. to find a little tricky, but we were led by our bnb hosts. highly recommended

this is the restaurant to go for excellent eating in moulins. French kitchen, but with their own twist. we loved it.
