We ate in this restaurant chosen random on the evening of August 14, a lot of world in gerardmer and restaurants as fireworks. The restaurant was crowded but we were well settled with our 5-year-old daughter. menu at 23€ for this special evening choice between 2 entries, 2 dishes and 2 desserts, really very good, excellent Vosges salad and the fish dish very well and hearty. perfect child menu, good chopped steack. service kind despite the world, to be done again during our next visit to squander.
a very slow and approximate service not served while we are presented the dishes after an hour of waiting! a review card down from the point of view of choice unlike the rates that they have torn! on the kitchen side, an insipid fish dish of rubbery rice all with a sauce whose gustative interest remains to be demonstrated Fries that have fries only the name see picture not at the height of their claim!
I recommend this restaurant!! Very pleasant and smiling. Very warm place each passing through Gérardmer necessarily says a party at the Bead Bistro! Never disappointed.
Nice gérômoise table we attended three times in the last fifteen! Congratulations to the cook(s) and the servers (ses)! Opinion tarnished by the welcome of the boss...

Stay on the top, frame, welcome, great service when in the kitchen, hummm really very good. A remarkable veal head and a sea risotto fallen... I highly recommend it.
