What a great discovery in Vichy this restaurant is. A friendly welcome, impeccable service and what can we say about the cuisine... a feast for the eyes and taste buds. A simple and minimalist menu that bodes well for cooking with fresh produce. The chef is alone in the kitchen and it is open to the restaurant. fabulous eating freshly made with a focused menu that is changed daily. large ambiente modern and yet relaxed. good service, pleasant staff. the highlight for me was that dessert: a biscuit with a homemade chocolate spread that is embedded with caramel flakes so that it tastes delicious, caramel sauce and hazelnuts. so worth the calorie.
