We stayed 2 nights in this splendid place renovate with taste! beautiful buildings, a small stream and a beautiful forest. The place is just maginifque.By contrast to the evening meal was not at all high, we took the menu tasting and frankly we were not far from catastrophic. The tomato entrance was by far the best dish. the silding and its ungood accompaniment, and the beef piece was tiny and hard as a sole. the sauce accompanying the net was tasteless and insipid. Cheese tray arrive and 15 goat cheeses and 2 cows!!! from never seen in a restaurant! My colleague and I don't like goat cheese! the meal was so disappointing that we decided to cancel our reservation for the next night and go so...
Preciso restaurante en el interior de la Abadía. Mesas muy cómodas con buena separación entre ellas y con buena cristalería , vajilla ,cubertería . Comida elaborada con buena técnica y conjunción de los sabores. Excelente servicio de sala . Nos atendió una camarera llamada Charlene , una excelente profesional. El servicio del vino es defectuoso. la carta es corta , con claro predominio de Borgoñas , pero con , por ejemplo muy pocas referencias de Jura o de Burdeos. Tuvimos que pedir en repetidas ocasiones que nos llenaran las copas y , en este marco , en un restaurante de esta categoría y con los precios que se pagan por botella no es aceptable. Emerging from the entrance to this vast property full of history or the instant of one afternoon time stops. A welcome to the little care of our arrivals by a charming and very attentive staff.Not very high quality at the bistrot of the monks accompanied by these succulent little surprises. The dishes are composed of regional products of very well-developed qualities by the head of the house, the best worker of france 2015! following our meal, the chef came to greet us and invited us to take the time to walk in the park and contemplate the places. very relaxing and very well maintained park. the many buildings are restored with taste combining respect, authenticity and history!
Reservation made on Saturday noon at the bistro of the monks of the Abbey of the buisher to enjoy the terrace and the beautiful park. the frame is sumptuous with this 12th century building. the card is varied and the dessert flat inlet formula at a reasonable price. Meat and fish are of great quality and seasonal accompaniments. Everything's good in the plate. only small flat the service sometimes one can outdated (forgot part of the aperitif. the entries served so quickly that we didn't have time to take the aperitives...)But in the end a very good time spent in this place that is worth the trip.

We visited the Chateau today and enjoyed a very good lunch in the Bistrot sitting outside in the gardenThe food was first rate and for 3 courses pretty cheap by comparison toothed high quality Burgundian restaurants Euro 32The wine list is very limited (e.g. 4/5 Whites only) and that is why I have rated a 4 not a 5Our wine was corked but the restaurant handled that very wellThe garden is large and old and beautifulOverall a great experienceps unlike a recent review our service was friendly and very good
Lunch at the monks' bistro in the sumptuous setting of the abbey and its park is a rare and timeless experience. It is a ravishing for the eyes (the place has been renovated with great taste), for the taste buds (the products served are of high quality, very well cooked and presented, in perfect fit with the terroir.) the reception and excellent service also. a highly recommended visit.
We had lunch on Saturday noon, with family. everything was delicious and in sufficient quantity. efficient but not guinated service.Exquisite wines. and the price of the very affordable lunch menu. We took advantage of the park and stayed there longer than expected... because the magnificent setting allows to lose the notion of time.
the site is simply beautiful, nestled in the heart of the valley of the ouche. the reception is at the height of the place and the staff is charming. but not quite professional enough for a relai and chateaucuisine bistrot convivial, the little organic salad is delicious! we will come back even if the wine is a little expensive.
