This is someone who really knows his job. The best ingredients, good wines and a service that works at the speed of mistral and with lots of charm. The map changes very often here and the cook likes to show up at table once the work is done. Very, very good value for money. The restaurant was always complete during our visits. Nice frame, perfect service, but: the entrance with foie gras consists of a ball now dressed to make room for quince pieces. Few foie gras on the left, 11 €. The feet and packages were composed of a foot and two packets and three potatoes, a mediocre taste, €19. Champagne and wines at reasonable prices.
