We had already come to the Colmiane and every time we were somewhere else to eat and we were disappointed. This time we made the right choice. The restaurateur is alone so it left us dubious but not at all! Super pro, kind, quick service without being in a hurry. Small card but at least it's copyy, good and homemade. In the end it manages much better than the competitors who have a bunch of servers and who make us pear to all allocate a table, serve, bring the addition. Frankly to recommend !!!!

' Total incomprehension!!! We had booked a table for 9 people on Monday 24 August, booking made a dozen days before, and it was not our surprise when arriving, the restaurant was simply closed!! At 1:00 or find something to eat with 3 young children??? No calls to warn us and of course no interlocutors. I find it deplorable.

We arrived while the restaurant closed more than 14h, despite the fact that the chef/patron welcomed us and we had a very good time there. It was good and his extreme goodness conquered us! I highly recommend. The restaurant is open all year round.
