EDIT end of August 2024: I went back to this restaurant. I start by saying that the servers are really pleasant and professional. On the other hand, I was even more disappointed with my plate than the first time. I had the Biryani Maharaja again. When it arrives it's quite full... but inside 2 small pieces of chicken, 2 balls of crushed meat and 2 shrimp... 18 euros is excessive. The Quima naan is too dry and does not perform its role as bread. 24 euros all with fruit juice.... it's starting to get expensive for what it is. Having tested the old Bombay , the new Bombay is worth the detour. Finally an Indian restaurant worthy of the name in Montargis! For the eye, a refreshed facade, a new decor, but above all it is the quality of the dishes which has (greatly) evolved! We bring out endless industrial products purchased at Métro or at Tang, always with the same flavors in the background. A simple but tasty and very fragrant cuisine. A great (re)discovery!
I have been there several times to eat, both at lunchtime and in the evening, the customer is always treated with great consideration. The dishes are simply delicious and the atmosphere is very warm. A good culinary experience every time I eat there and I always return with just as much pleasure.
Unfortunately, not at the level of rice quality dishes, due to flavors, no sauce with the biryani, the naive cheese too cooked) taking the other Indian restaurants where the island of Pakistani france. I want them to improve the quality of the dishes because I kif the Indian-Pakistani cuisine.
