Effectivement, le temps n'a pas de prise sur ce remarquable restaurant que nous visitons en mars d'année en année. Même qualité d'accueil, avec ce sourire de connivence si agréable. Mêmes présentations des menus accompagnés d'explications pertinentes. Vins au verre d'exception, tout particulièrement pour faire découvrir les nouvelles vinifications des Vignerons locaux. Plats délicieux et dressés avec recherche mais aussi sans esbroufe. Desserts à l'unisson. Un soupçon de changement dans ce bel ordonnancement me donnerait l'opportunité de changer mon descriptif ...

A chaque visite, le bonheur est au rendez vous. L'accueil bon, non excellent est assuré par la maitresse de maison au gentil sourire. Les papilles quant à elles sont enthousiasmées par le talent du Chef Marc : fondantes langoustines snackées escortées de belles asperges, délicats et précieux filets de perche du lac et savoureuses fraises en dessert. Festin accompagné d'un excellent Tabernum. Et servi avec enthousiasme par le fidèle Fabien !

Unfortunately, we couldn't taste the dishes because we didn't make a reservation, but we're back from the knee, we tried to see if there was room. we returned to the restaurant but a group of Swiss had to attend, while we were waiting to be informed, it seemed more profitable to take care of the Swiss who had returned after us, so we left here our experience

We spent a night at the good reception. Very well. the dinner was excellent with very well prepared dishes, with quality products. the room is simple (bedroom 1,) and the bed linen is good. Gourmet restaurant, one Michelin star, recipes varying with the seasons, national products enhanced with local specialties, I loved everything but the fresh strawberry sorbet (1st of the season) and an XO Martinique/Reunion rum left me with a unforgettable memory, well done!
