I placed an order online on their website 12/7 for pickup on 12/ 9. I don't live in Queens and ended up sick so I couldn't pick up the food. I went the next day on Sunday. After looking up the information the gentleman brought me the food I ordered and told me to get well soon. Very nice. I ordered beef and chicken patties and cashew tablets. In the store I also picked up picklez and rolls. My boyfriend got a lemonade. The lemonade was good. Not overly sweet. My kids really enjoyed the cashew tablets. The kids thought it would make a great ice cream flavor. The bread was really good. They made warm sandwiches to try it and it was tasty. The patties were a hit. The only complaint was there wa...

Despite the shortcomings in customer service, you should definitely plan to visit, but make sure to arrive early (before 12 or 1 PM) to avoid long lines and to secure parking for a bit. Additionally, their credit card processing machine tends to go down occasionally, in which case they will direct you to an ATM that charges a hefty $3.75 per transaction. This means you'll end up paying a 10% surcharge on a $30 order, as I experienced on my last visit. As for parking, avoid double parking; the NYPD is actively enforcing this, and it’s simply frustrating for others when a lane becomes blocked. If you get there early enough, you should be able to park, eat, and leave within a reasonable timef...

First time ordering from Le Bon Pain Bakery. The food is great. The web site presented layout is great. I ordered my food online, I went to claim it with difficulty. Don't tell me you don't except online orders when you have an online website to order from. The public doesn't know unless you inform them. Do better in this area.

Bread is good but They don’t respect the closing times. Several times I’ve come before they close (15-20 min before they close) and they already locked their doors and refusing customers.

The Haitian bread and patties here are excellent. Without a doubt, they are the best I've tasted in Queens!
