A good Italian restaurant By entering the restaurant, very good smell. The room layout was very good, difficult to do better, we didn't have close neighbours and we were hearing without shouting. The service was pleasant (thank you for picking up my fallen scarf on the ground). Small negative point in all this, try to go to the bathroom before or after so you don't find yourself face to the toilets at this restaurant. We were recommended the Borsalino as the best Italian restaurant in Haguenau. So we were glad. The inside looked really beautiful, but... The service was insistent. Dinner was good but not Italian. The salad was French. The blue cord was a specialty... Far from there, grilled to death, too much cheese and served cold. The pasta was not aldent and tasteless. We can't judge pizza. Conclusion: the kitchen still has a great potential for improvement over Italian cuisine ...
Very good experience, delicious pizzas, we were three at the table and all three ravines! Incoming, a very good smell welcomes us. The rooms are beautiful. We arrived a little late, so the closing time was approaching. The room was empty, but the waiter didn't press us, and still offered us a dessert, but we didn't want to bother! We will come back with great pleasure another time to enjoy even more!

We like to go to this restaurant where staff is welcoming and efficient. Wide choice of pizzas (both well served) and pasta. Some classic dishes too. The option of half salad pizza is a very good compromise!
A good experience with a very warm restaurant. CEPENDANT server not very friendly and food not top : good pizza but really without more and very medium burger with a very dry steak.
