I loved Il Momento and returned there for several years. I haven't returned since April 2016. It was recovered and the result is lamentable. We had pizza and salad dinner. The pizza dough is hard; mozzarella does not deserve its name, it is an insipid cheese that exudes grease, ham on pizza they are calibrated cubes that appear out of an industrial factory; on the special pizza of the house, the chicken pieces are hard and dry. Literally immangeable. There is no choice of beers of the past, only a pale Heineken pressure. The service is kind but the kitchen is a disaster.

Everything has changed: the map, the service, the quality of the pizza dough (which has nothing Italian, the desserts (where have the delicious ice creams and the creamy sorbets passed? , the atmosphere that is no longer user-friendly despite the efforts of the server that admits not to be a waiter but a cook. So, what he does in the room, his presence would be useful in the pizza oven. In short, an address that I will quickly forget as we like to go once.

The restaurant offers nothing exceptional: the setting and decoration are not sufficiently worked. On the service side, servers are kind, but this is not transcendent. Finally, and this is the big black point: the kitchen is absolutely not worked. The dishes are fades, the pizzas are too fat and too simplistic. I'm not going back.
