La crème brûlée au foie gras est une pure merveille et l'ensemble de la carte est très bien. Dommage que la femme du chef soit aussi sèche, le commerce de bouche particulièrement est un métier de convivialité.Je conseil néanmoins d'y passer pour la qualité culinaire.
