Le Bouchon Crows Nest

My wife and I got here and ordered an entree and a main dish each and a side dish and 2 coffees. The servers were good but there was a filthy spoon with the soup which they replaced and apologized and there was also a hair in the side dish. Just an apology but for a restaurant like this you would expect them to at least make the coffees complimentary for 2 faults and a lunch ending up more than $100. What happened to good service?

the waiters are extremely rude and have a terrible attitude. I explained that I 't have certain things to be due to the diabetics and was said that it was in order to replace something else than I went to pay, they actually charged me extra than it was a next-court (what I'm recommended) when I asked about the fee I said that they 't care and write a review if there was such a problem to make a little restaurant look at.

very rude French waiter! we ordered to eat and since we are not sure what we ordered, he made face and said that “they should have checked the menu before ordering when they are unhappy they can go now!” like wow! the type is the worst! no customer service skills and so unprofessional!

We had escargots, gnocchis and beef cheeks. Hands down one of the best french restaurants in Sydney, well worth the visit. Food is simple and yet elegant, a true hidden gem.We really enjoyed. Thank you!

It's a shame that this place is closing tomorrow! The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was just perfect. Overall, I would rate it 5 out of 5 all around.
