Le Bouchon En Beaujolais

The cork has been looking for decades at the church square and the small cemetery or has been resting for 35 years my grandparents and recently my mother. Today, the sun was shining, but the bise was blowing, we pushed the hat door and were greeted by the smile of the new owner who served us a delicious chocolate, a real, a van hooten like my mother. We will come back to taste its good specialties and continue to discover its collection of bar objects.

A cork worthy of a real cork. A traditional restoration in sum of quality and good products in the plate and a cook who makes us guess the dishes after eating them. A nice atmosphere... I let you discover the rest. You have to go with appetite.

On a bike ride in the Beaujolais we enjoyed the welcome during our late arrival. We've had to love the simplicity of the place, the excellent home-made kitchen and the kindness of the owner.
