a small restaurant that gives on the square of the courthouse, a sober and pleasant decoration, bistro tables in marble and wrought iron covered with vichy cloths and towels, a large black painting where menu and drinks, are presented to you written to chalk ... and a charismatic and jovial boss, who welcomes you, advises you and serves you with the passion of Lyon gastronomy in the tripes. Here's the mood... and in the plate will you tell me? Well, it's an absolute treat! Grattons offered to apero to dessert and even to the digestive, everything was perfect! The presentation is simple while being pretty, a generous and tasteful cuisine making honor to the Lyon cuisine. We have been able to taste several entries, several dishes and several deserts all as good as each other! a special mention it says for the duo of black boudin (Christian parra recipe) and white (to the foie gras) absolutely exceptional! and the accompaniments are not in the rest. On the side drink, a choice of wine, certainly, the Beaujolais or the coasts of the rag of course (producers), served in the Lyon pot, very pleasant to drink.To finish an addition, more than reasonable, between 23 and 25 € per person (entrance/plat/drug) out of drink ... in short, a superb discovery, a true Lyon cap in the heart of vesoul and an address where one will return with great pleasure!
