Beautiful establishment, fierce atmosphere, but desolating lack of dynamism. After being installed at the bottom of one of the halls, the cards were entrusted to us and... nothing. The waitress didn’t come back to us to propose to wait with a drink. After a good quarter of an hour of waiting, we left the restaurant stating that we couldn’t wait further, because we were afraid that the service to follow was as slow and did not want to stay at the table until the middle of the afternoon. I think a training on energy to be deployed would be beneficial.
Always so beautiful. The quality of the dishes well present, and the presentation of the dishes also pleasant. A great time on Sunday night. The service provided by a young beginner woman, who was just beginning, and who thus faced her fears from the beginning: it was not easy for her, but it was very pleasant. And the chief as much, talking. Anyway, we'll be back.
Could sit at the table in the window and have had an excellent lunch here. I chose the Menu Gourmet and that was a very good choice. Salmon as an appetizer and well seasoned Petersfisch as the main course, to dessert another trilogy. The waitress was very attentive and fast. Overall a successful conclusion of a very nice trip to Nantes.
