We were attracted by the original and gourmet menu of this restaurant and we were not disappointed. In addition to the dishes listed on the menus, suggestions were also available. That evening, the veal head was excellent, as was the fish of the day, sea bass fillet with pesto sauce. An original and delicious dessert, frozen praline meringue, to finish. Pleasant welcome and lovely decor. Attentive and well-paced service, despite the weekend crowds. The restaurant is well located, in the city center, a stone's throw from the Place de l'Horloge and the Palais des Papes parking lot.

A local friend recommended this place as one of two top-gourmet restaurants. Fortunately, we found the last place on reservation this day. We went five minutes before the kitchen opens; but were able to get space and served with picked olives (Terrific flavored! and cookies. The food was carefully cooked and presented. Appropriately expensive. Not as beautiful as this Paris flamboyante cuisine. But both beef was exceptionally solid. And I love the lemon too.

very good welcome .I regret a little for my dishes (the veal braise )the lack of flavors associated , a little fade or too simple during cooking .and especially the thickened sauces (which kill a little the taste of the suces of the meat mijotée and its condiments garnished ?..and others that lack .to avoid otherwise if you do not want to flavor.

Thank you for an excellent meal. We had a lovely time. The welcome was lovely, the service excellent and the food outstanding. We both had the beef, which was delicious, but the starters were excellent too. The charcuterie with freshly sliced meats was lovely. And thank you for indulging our poor command of the French language.

Despite our late arrival (14 hours ago), the restaurant very nicely welcomed us. the chef improvised an out-of-the-box entry that we didn't expect, because of the start of the kitchen team. waitresses have allied efficiency to attention, making this stop as pleasant as good. Undoubtedly recommended.

It was delicious, relaxing and we had a great time. When I was taking photos to celebrate my birthday, the person sitting next to me helped me take photos. A good store has good regular customers. thank you very much.
