Cindy Michael are the owners of Le Brooms here in southern France their menu is great.... the Le Barby Burger, the Le Australie Burger the Le Brooms Burger together with their other Le Burger are the best in Soustons... sitting back with a burger a beer with the perfect view is the ultimate Aussie/French experience... it is a must when you travel to Souston...
