Stopped off at Le Buck on our way to Quebec City.The restaurant had cool jazz playing in the background. A blend of people in suits and casual attire.We ordered the duck with fois gras and the bison as mains.The duck was grilled perfectly with a nice crisp on the outside. Mixed with the selection of vegetables around it made the entire dish very fresh and true to the “farm to table” aspect. The fois gras was the best part of it all. Beautiful place to enjoy a meal! The flatbread was excellent, accompanied by a finely prepared gratin. The deer dish was very good, and the octopus was an outstanding discovery during our 48-hour visit.
