Le Buron De L'aubrac

Does not compare with many other restaurants in the area.... We will not go back... August 2024 Pleasant and exotic setting, correct welcome without more... Portions of both beef and aligot really too small, the same for the cheese (3 ridiculous slices). Plus there wasn't enough cheese in the aligot... Homemade desert pie apparently tasteless... However, we took the menu for 32 Euros.... For me it's 10 euros too much...

We had lunch at midday in this restaurant, a superb discovery, which takes you right into the heart of Aubrac. Authentic decoration, typical dish and very pleasant service. We opted for the discovery menu with farçous, aligot and sausage then a good little blueberry tart, excellent

Impeccable everything is . Except that on the internet the price is displayed at 28€, now it has gone to 32€. But hey, we had fun, and that's the main thing.

Everything is perfect! . The setting, the place. Top notch welcome. And the cuisine: succulent. We loved our evening and meal.
