L'incontournable restaurant du Nebbio and Cap Corse! Under the eyes of the ancestors whose portraits tap the walls of the room, beautifully blossomed, Jean Baptiste cannot disappoint them and disappoint us. Throughout the evening the dishes typically Corsica follow each step (and there is.. our server brings its personalized presentation. We know that this excellent kitchen is prepared by granny who we hope will transmit their know-how. The price of the meal (50 euros is really very reasonable knowing that everything is understood, from the great choice of homemade aperitives to desserts, to the ' Corsica hut', as well as the excellent wines, red or rosé, to accompany the many dishes. I've been talking about this restaurant for a while. Everything is perfect. The food is very copyy, and excellent (and yet I have made restaurants in Corsica but it is unbeatable). Jean-Baptiste is very friendly and warm all with a beautiful setting. If you go to Corsica it is a necessary place to taste typical Corsica dishes with local products. Special mention for the wine that is divine.
