Having sailed all around Corsica in my 38ft sailing boat, I am a big fan of this island. I am half French half English and this gives me a strong connection and no language barriers to this beautiful country. After being recommended Le Cabanon Bleu by a good friend, I decided to pay the cristal clear water of St. Cyprien bay a visit. Though not related directly to the restaurant's food or service, this beautiful mooring is totally spoilt by commercial water-ski companies that have nothing better to do that pull paying skiers at 15-20 knots in between yachts at anchor! Uncomfortable and dangerous, what with people swimming around their boats. One day there will be an appalling accident. Speed...
To have dinner last year, we were 4:my husband still awaits the vegetable accompanying his fish! The three waitresses passed the message, .service null, not friendly, colder....An aperitif this year confirmed that these ladies are recruited not for their professionalism but to learn them to make money. Don't forget that the frame is not enough to make swallowing too salty additions.Well, there are other places where you feel well, where the customer is respected and welcomed with human warmth, in places just as paradise and very close to you, so... sometimes you just have to ask the right questions.
We have been coming to Le Cabanon Bleu, aosta since it opened aside from the fantastic beach location, have always loved the food ambiance, .we have been in Saint Cyprien for 3 months this time, but every time that we have visited Le...Cabanon Bleu this time, the service ambiance have not been good!! Normally really well run, this year things seem to have gone badly wrong, which is such a great shame!!! We will of course ,be back next year, but I really hope that Anthonybe gets his act together!
Although the access to le Cabanon Bleu is only by dirt track, boat, or long walk around the bay of St Cyprien, once there the location food are 'to die for '. It really does have one of the best locations in the whole of...Corsica. Although it is on the expensive side and does get really busy, for laid back chic, it can 't be beaten! A must visit must not miss kind of place!

I thought I was gonna get me open in half for no big thing and no! The quality and freshness of the dishes are well at the rendezvous the setting is superb, however, the waiting is endless. I don't know. Don't have to wait for 1 hour for the dishes even if we're on vacation! so if you're not in a hurry, go and find another pebble
The reception is as cool as the evening wind. you are in Corsican but plan your big sweater because no plaid will be offered to you, which is amazing given the standing displayed by the restaurant. the dishes are good, beautiful wine map.
very nice setting for this restaurant in the middle of nowhere and accessible by the sea.However, the dishes are good but far too expensive and we feel that it is a little factory...We come there for some fame: wait to pay the amount.
The place is very well located. The restaurant is beautiful and the fish was really fresh and well prepared. I recommend it. We had Carpaccio di Spada and we loved it! (A bit expensive 70€/person)

waitress not friendly. If you want her to be kind, you have to take a champagne magnum. However the frame is nice thanks to the beach of st cyprian.
The place to be around 7pm to get your first Mojito with friends and good music. Good food at thecrestaurant as well for lunch or dinner
