Basically this is a "Poissonnerie" or fish market with a chef attached. The accommodation is pretty basic but the fish and shellfish are of the freshest and the cuisine is of a high standard. You can compose your own shellfish platter from a substantial menu, or have one of the many standard compositions. Alternatively generous portions of five or six types of fish are available, and absolutely none are fish farmed. On certain days a home-made Bouaillabaisse is available to eat on the premises or take-away. For 7 years I ordered a seafood tray for parties, I'm never disappointed! The products are always very fresh! for these parties, I innovated by composing a tray via the site. Unfortunately, the day of the reception was not the tray I ordered. the staff being hyper-reactive and organized has completely redoed my personalized tray, and offered me a little gift to apologize.
