The excellent reviews were true, this is a place worth trying if you like good food. We both had fish :Lotte(monkfish) and Dorade and both were sublime. Excellent meaty oysters to start and fine wine made this a good evening. The service in Le Cabestan...is outstanding, an attentive team who really know what they are doing. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming despite all the correct Covid security measures. Well done!

amazing and incredible experience. we went to arcachon for a family trip. the restaurant is very well located: between the railway station and the beach, on the way to the casino. the meals were delicious, tasty and well portioned, with a nice selection....The waiters were also beautiful and funny. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is willing to spend a good time.

everything was perfect from the first moment to the end of the meal. the place is quiet, away from the crowded beach. meal was great, delicious and beautiful presented. small tasty on the house to begin. perfect setting from the personal. in which there was nothing to complain about...

the personal is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. the eating is delicious with crabs, king prawns and oysters on a plate as starter. black cheeks were a melt in the mouth main course followed by berries in a beautiful coolie sauce. just a nice evening.

we stopped by chance in le cabestan and decided to eat that was excellent, nice restaurant, very courteous staff, well worth a visit.
