4 times I went to Cadusia during professional stays in the area of Chaourçois and it was a real pleasure to stay there: the first 3 times in their apartment in the basement, that so it has a funny access (by their garage with all kinds of stored business), it turns out to be quiet, spacious and ideal to work.
