I had called the previous day to ask for vegan food as per the first HappyCow review, so Marla (the Birmanian chef that with her husband and young children manages the restaurant) had prepared vegan cannelloni for me. Absolutely delicious (filling made out of spinach, tofu, mushrooms, coconut milk and served with tomate sauce)! Of our 15 days of vacation, we spent 3 in Ota. We had planned to have dinner there only one evening and we spent all our evenings with Marla and Dominique We enjoyed ourselves and had an excellent time (the best of our entire Corsican stay). They make it a point of honor to satisfy their customers. Discussions until late at night as if we had been friends for years!!! Marla, Dominique, FX and Antoine made us regret leaving. For a 5-night stay with breakfast very pleasant and warm welcome, typical and comfortable accommodation. Lots of little touches that make the difference. We feel good. Nice surprise at this restaurant in Ôta.
